Functionality:

This app allows you to load (or check the balance of) public transport cards from the Regional Transport Consortium of Madrid (CRTM) using NFC.

Instructions for use:

• Check that you have a data connection and activate NFC on your mobile device.
• Access the CRTM Transport Card app.
• Add your bank card: To load a card, you must first register your bank card. It is not necessary to keep it registered after the loading process is complete.
• Check the balance and load:

1. Select "Home" from the menu and press the "Balance and Top-Up" button. Place the transport card near the back of the mobile device.
2. Your loaded tickets will appear. Remove the transport card from the back of the mobile device.
3. Select the ticket you want to load. It can be a ticket that you already have loaded, or select one by clicking "Show titles to top-up".
4. Select the desired bank card for payment. If no card is registered, you can register a new one at that time.
5. Confirm that the selected ticket is the one you want to purchase. Press "Confirm and Top-Up".
6. You will receive instructions from your bank to finalize the purchase.
7. After payment is made, the app will prompt you to place the transport card near the mobile device's NFC reader (on the back) to load it.
8. When "Top-Up Successful" appears, remove the transport card from the mobile device. To verify that the loading was done correctly, you can check the balance.

Menu options:

• Balance and Top-Up: You can check the current balance and/or top-up the card.
• Bank Card: Register a bank card or check the ones you have registered.
• Recent Invoices: View simplified invoices for the top-ups.
• Terms and Conditions: Links to terms of use for the TTP and other information such as incidents.

Requirements:

To download the app, the following conditions must be met:

• The app must be available on the Play Store.
• Mobile device with NFC: If the mobile device does not have NFC technology, it cannot download the app.
• Connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or data).
• Compatible mobile device: The user's mobile device must be compatible with the app version they want to download.
