Functionality:
This app allows you to load (or check the balance of) public transport cards from the Regional Transport Consortium of Madrid (CRTM) using NFC.
Instructions for use:
<ul>
<li>Check that you have a data connection and activate NFC on your mobile device.</li>
<li>Access the CRTM Transport Card app.</li>
<li>Add your bank card: To load a card, you must first register your bank card. It is not necessary to keep it registered after the loading process is complete.</li>
<li>Check the balance and load:</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Select "Home" from the menu and press the "Balance and Top-Up" button. Place the transport card near the back of the mobile device.</li>
<li>Your loaded tickets will appear. Remove the transport card from the back of the mobile device.</li>
<li>Select the ticket you want to load. It can be a ticket that you already have loaded, or select one by clicking "Show titles to top-up".</li>
<li>Select the desired bank card for payment. If no card is registered, you can register a new one at that time.</li>
<li>Confirm that the selected ticket is the one you want to purchase. Press "Confirm and Top-Up".</li>
<li>You will receive instructions from your bank to finalize the purchase.</li>
<li>After payment is made, the app will prompt you to place the transport card near the mobile device's NFC reader (on the back) to load it.</li>
<li>When "Top-Up Successful" appears, remove the transport card from the mobile device. To verify that the loading was done correctly, you can check the balance.</li>
</ol>
Menu options:
<ul>
<li>Balance and Top-Up: You can check the current balance and/or top-up the card.</li>
<li>Bank Card: Register a bank card or check the ones you have registered.</li>
<li>Recent Invoices: View simplified invoices for the top-ups.</li>
<li>Terms and Conditions: Links to terms of use for the TTP and other information such as incidents.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
To download the app, the following conditions must be met:
<ul>
<li>The app must be available on the Play Store.</li>
<li>Mobile device with NFC: If the mobile device does not have NFC technology, it cannot download the app.</li>
<li>Connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or data).</li>
<li>Compatible mobile device: The user's mobile device must be compatible with the app version they want to download.</li>
</ul>
